✅ Must-Have Responsibilities:

● Manage a monthly budget of over 30+ lacs in lead generation.

● Hands-on knowledge of running & optimizing ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Native, programmatic.

● Strong focus on scaling Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Native & programmatic ads and cross platform integration.

● Explore new acquisition funnels to reduce cost per lead.

● Supervise a team of 5-8 individuals from diverse backgrounds.

● Lead client calls for optimization and reporting purposes.

● Organizational abilities to streamline processes and manage workflow efficiently.

● Liaise between intra-teams and collaborate with other verticals within the company.

Skills and Qualities :

● Strong analytical skills.

● Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.

● 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles.

● Team handling experience for at least 1 year.

● Can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by growth and change.
