Job Description:

· Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

· Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

· Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

· Handle guest feedback and strive to resolve issues to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

· Minimum 1 years experience in customer service or client relations, into hospitality or in real estate

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· A passion for real estate and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
