Key Responsibilities:

●    Identify and recruit new channel partners, including real estate agencies and brokers, to expand our sales network.

●    Develop and execute channel sales strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.

●    Train and support channel partners on our property offerings, sales techniques, and marketing tools.

●    Foster strong relationships with existing partners to enhance collaboration and increase sales performance.

●    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for channel sales.

●    Prepare regular reports on sales activities, partner performance, and market trends for senior management.


Qualifications:

●    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

●    5 Years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the real estate industry.

●    Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.

●    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

●    We have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth through partnerships.

●    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
