About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and curious Sales Associate to join our early team—someone who has worked in HR Sales, Saas Sales, B2B Sales and now wants to go beyond into growth, strategy, and product thinking. This role is ideal for someone who understands the hiring process but is hungry to build, experiment, and influence how the future of hiring evolves.
What You’ll Do
Actively identify and engage prospective companies, then onboard them with clarity and support—ensuring they see the value of Proof of Skill and are set up for success on the platform. Design and execute experiments to boost user acquisition, activation, and conversion—especially among recruiters and companies. Talk to users, analyze behavior, and uncover hiring trends to inform product and strategy decisions. Leverage your recruiting experience to improve how we attract and engage hiring teams. Contribute to campaigns, messaging, and outreach to bring Proof of Skill to more companies and communities.
You Should Apply If You:
Have 2–5 years experience in Sales, recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a similar role Want to grow beyond execution into strategy, experimentation, and product-building Are excited to work at the intersection of hiring, technology, and behavior Love solving problems, learning fast, and being hands-on Have great communication skills—comfortable talking to users and presenting insights
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working at or with early-stage startups Exposure to tools like ATS, sourcing platforms, or CRMs An interest in blockchain, credentialing, or the future of work Prior involvement in campus hiring, bootcamps, or industry partnerships
