Job Overview 

We are seeking a Marketing Executive (Growth) for a full-time role at 

Proof-of-Skill. This is a remote role. You will be responsible for executing 

distribution, running growth experiments, and driving awareness and lead 

generation. 

Qualifications and Skills 

● Strong execution ability with a focus on getting things done 

● Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.) 

● Ability to think in terms of distribution and reach 

● Familiarity with basic marketing metrics (CTR, engagement, leads) 

● Ability to experiment and iterate quickly 

● Comfort with tools like Google Sheets and basic marketing tools 

● Self-driven with high ownership in a remote setup 

● Curiosity to learn growth strategies and trends 

Roles and Responsibilities 

● Execute content distribution across LinkedIn, Reddit, and other channels 

● Plan and run growth experiments to improve reach and engagement 

● Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns 

● Support content, partnerships, and outreach initiatives 

● Identify new channels and opportunities for growth 

● Work closely with content and BD teams for aligned execution 

● Maintain simple reports and dashboards for tracking progress 

● Continuously test and improve marketing strategies
