Job Summary
We are seeking smart, energetic, and highly motivated individuals with strong communication and presentation skills to join our team as Junior Key Account Managers. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers looking to build a career in B2B or enterprise sales. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided on our products, services, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and solutions.
- Confidently present and pitch offerings to prospective clients (post training).
- Conduct field or market visits to explore business areas, identify potential enterprise customers, and build your own contact database.
- Generate, collect, and qualify leads to build a strong pre-funnel and sales funnel.
- Fix meetings with decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and other key stakeholders in target companies.
- Attend client meetings with the Team Leader to understand requirements, pain points, and the sales approach.
- Support the conversion of client discussions into successful deal closures through timely follow-ups and coordination.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and product/solution information.
- Maintain daily reports on leads, meetings, client feedback, and progress using Excel or CRM tools.
- Work toward meeting weekly/monthly sales targets with mentorship from senior team members.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA, etc. – freshers welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting to clients.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-focused environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
