With Proof of Skill, candidates create a **fully verified profile** — including **Proof of ID**, **Proof of Experience** (via employers), **Proof of Skill** (via consensus of experts), and **Proof of Education** (via institutes).

We then use **AI matchmaking** to connect verified talent with companies, helping them **instantly identify people who can actually get things done**.

AI has broken traditional hiring systems by making it easy to fake resumes, assignments, and even interviews. We’re building the **trust layer of hiring** — think *credit score, but for skills.*

Launched in **Nov ’24**, we’ve onboarded **4.3K+ candidates**, partnered with **150+ organizations** (including Sprinto, Edureka, Yes Bank, IDfy, Moshi Moshi & Pega), and are growing rapidly. Companies using Proof of Skill **close roles in just 4 interviews on average.**

**What you'll do:**

* Lead and execute digital marketing, social, and brand strategy

* Create high-performing content (copy, visuals, short-form video)

* Grow community engagement across validators, candidates, and orgs

* Build and optimize websites, landing pages, and campaigns

* Support sales with marketing collateral and lead-gen campaigns

* Track and optimize performance using analytics tools

**Why you are:**

* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, and brand growth

* Skilled in SEO/SEM, CMS (Webflow/WordPress) and marketing tools

* Proficient with MixPanel, Google Analytics, MS Clarity etc  

* Excellent at storytelling and creative execution

* High-agency, self-motivated, and mission-driven to make hiring fairer

* **Based in Mumbai**

**Major plus if you’ve**

* Scaled D2C or Gen Z-facing brands

* Have crypto or blockchain marketing experience

* Built or partnered with college communities

* Knowedge and Experience with AI graphic and video tools
