Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at Proof-of-Skill. This mid-level role is available in Bangalore Urban, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad, with options for full-time, part-time, or remote employment. Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and retention. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong capabilities in account management to handle multiple client portfolios effectively and efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce to manage and analyze customer interactions and data efficiently.
  • Ability to perform data analysis in order to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for client services improvement.
  • Experience in managing and responding to customer feedback with solutions that enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to address and mitigate customer issues amicably and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Collaborative mindset to work across functional teams and foster a culture of shared goals and teamwork.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling services to maximize client engagement and business growth.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage customer accounts efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies that align with company goals and foster long-term customer loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions to existing clients.
  • Collect, analyze, and share customer data insights to improve engagement and inform product development.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
  • Proactively address client issues and concerns, employing conflict resolution strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, ensuring clear communication of benefits and features to clients.
