Job Overview 

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) for a full-time role at 

Proof-of-Skill. This is a remote role. As part of our team, you will play a key role in driving 

outbound efforts, connecting with startups, and building the company’s early revenue 

pipeline. 

Qualifications and Skills 

● Strong communication skills (spoken and written) to engage with founders and 

decision-makers 

● Ability to clearly explain products and handle objections 

● Comfort with outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) 

● Basic understanding of startups and hiring ecosystem 

● Ability to manage and track leads using simple tools (CRM, Sheets) 

● Self-driven with high ownership in a remote setup 

● Willingness to learn and iterate based on feedback 

● Strong follow-up and persistence skills 

Roles and Responsibilities 

● Identify and reach out to potential customers (startups, HRs, founders) 

● Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls 

● Pitch Proof-of-Skill and communicate its value clearly 

● Schedule demos and manage the sales pipeline 

● Maintain records of conversations and track progress 

● Follow up consistently to move leads through the funnel 

● Work closely with the founders on GTM execution 

● Provide market feedback to improve messaging and product
