Roles & Responsibilities:


·        To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis.

·        To convert the calls to new business leads.

·        To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.

·        To inform potential clients on the company's products and services

·        Contacting prospective customers

·        Evaluating Leads

·        Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.

·       Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and fixing appointments for sales Manager / VP BD.

·          Achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas.

·           Updating Sales force with status / remark of all business leads handled.

·          Maintain Records in an MIS Format.
