About the Job


Role & Responsibilities:

·        Manage end to end recruitment process including initial assessment, interviews and offers.

·        Develop and inherent understanding of the workforce planning for the given year and translate then into actionable plans.

·        Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.

·        The Position will also handle senior Leadership level hiring mandates as given by management from time to time.

·        Internal stakeholder facing role and will be responsible for weekly/monthly reviews.

·        Candidate needs to have Knowledge of Psychometric factor of personality of a candidate and situational leadership/attributes.

·        Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates.

·        The position requires to travel to our offices based in Pan India if the need arise.

·        Handled Retention of Employees
