Job description:

1. Designing offers for customers by evaluating their credit worthiness –using proprietary risk scorecards, customer transaction data and external data sources
2. Design experiments to create champion v/s challenger segments- as per different customer segments
3. Management of programs/products best suited for different customer segments- manage customer level exposure
4. Implement risk management strategies while also driving business growth- manage portfolio performance and risk regularly
5. Design sales team incentive strategies/ scorecards to ensure business growth and performance
6. Create reports and dashboards on portfolio performance for consumption of senior leadership team

Job profile:

M5 roles: 5+ years of experience in analytics domain( Retail lending experience is mandatory). Prior experience of working in credit risk , and cross- sell analytics profile desired of working with Pre-approved database programs.

M4/M3 roles: 2+ years of experience in analytics. Working knowledge of analytical softwares like SAS/SQL/Python required.
