Job Description:

Promicon Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage our Amazon and Flipkart accounts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of the marketplace operations, sales strategies, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Account Management:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
• Monitor account health and performance metrics.
• Handle customer queries and feedback promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

2.Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

3.Inventory Management:

• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability.
• Manage inventory levels and place reorders as necessary.
• Monitor and manage return orders and defective products.

4.Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and provide insights for improvement.
• Track and analyze competitor activities and pricing strategies.

5.Compliance and Policy Adherence:

• Ensure all listings comply with Amazon and Flipkart policies and guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with platform changes and updates.
• Handle account issues, including suspensions and reinstatements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO and online marketing techniques.
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
