Job Description:
Promicon Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry and possess a strong understanding of business development strategies and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
2.Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (e.g., online research, networking, referrals).
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to present our services and solutions.
3.Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
4.Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
5.Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of flipkart and amazon account management.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
