Key Requirements :1)Responsible for shop floor production activity in cGMP Plasma Protein Fractionation Facility. 2)Experience in the Cohn’s Fractionation and modified plasma fractionation technique.3)&nbsp;&nbsp;Expertise in handling Ion exchange Chromatography Acta process, CIP and SIP skid systems.4)Have an experience in handling Tangential flow filtration, Depth filtration etc.5) &nbsp;Up keeping the standard cleaning activity as per GMP.6)Maintain online BMR, daily log sheets and quality assurance activities

Batch planning and execution of batch.Dispatching the (DRUG SUBSTANCE).Supervision of Documentation.Shift planning manpower and material.To ensure facilities cleanliness and man and material movement across the facility.To involve in validation studies in coordination with cross functional departments.To perform risk assessment and root cause analysis.To train production personnel in all aspects of GMP.To oversee IQ, OQ, PQ of new equipment’s in coordination with Eng and QA dept.Change control management in coordination with cross functional dept.Resolving the breakdown in coordination with respective utilities in charges.Reprocessing activities of Albumin and IVIG resources planning and execution (Meeting Setyields and Quality).Fumigations and CIP of vessels scheduling on a regular basis.Scheduling follow ups preventive Maintenance.Preventive care to maintain Low levels of BET in product and equipment.Chrom skid pH &amp;amp; Cond. Meter calibrations as required.Packing and unpacking column with troubleshoot.Trouble shoot critical equipment’s problems as on when required.Resources gathering and placing of order for the same.Train Junior staff on technical aspects of columns / TFF / Centrifuge / FiltrationsManpower management as required.Plan and co-ordinate with vendor during AMC of Chrom Skids and Columns, TFF, SKADAequipment’s.

Operator - Autoclave Machine The Autoclave Technician / Operator is responsible for completing manufacturing assignments as directed by the Manufacturing Manager and/or the Production Supervisor. Typical duties and tasks must be completed in compliance with the requirements of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) per current GMP's, QSR and company policies, laws and procedures. key responsibilities: * Maintain the disinfection (steam autoclave) process to support manufacturing activities.* Wash and/ or wrap equipment and supplies.* Loading and unloading of drying oven and steam disinfection equipment.* Place purchase requisitions for production spare parts and tooling, as necessary * Verify cycle printouts and logbooks.* Properly transfer and stock supplies for all controlled areas (i.e. autoclave, clean room and quality areas)- complete system transactions where applicable (for inventory control purposes)* Assist with final packaging activities, such as but not limited to, kitting and prepping lots.* Assist in main clean room activities, as required* Assist in organizing delivered gowning supplies from approved vendor and stocking of gowning supplies in the Gowning Room.* Assist in performing waste water treatment for proper disposal* Compliant with company policies and procedures* Assist with daily general cleaning and performs other job duties as assigned.* Perform other job duties as assigned Qualification &amp; Skills * High School Diploma or equivalent required* Must be able to speak, write and read English with excellent understanding* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment* Individual must be punctual and have reliable attendance* Individual must be cooperative and willing to work in a team environment* Must be able to follow direction provided by authorized supervision* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)* Ability to perform repetitive task consistently and proficiently* Must be able to interact with peers, Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager* Must be proficient in tasks performed (after suitable training period) and have attention to detail* Ability to work overtime, including evenings, weekends and holidays* Ability to utilize a computer, telephone, label printer and copy machine as well as other general office equipment.
