ProManage IT Solutions is Looking for a Social media manager who is responsible for creating, planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining a consistent, engaging, and effective social media presence for the company that aligns with its brand values. Their duties include developing and executing content calendars, cultivating social media communities, and tracking social media metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Tumblr, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
• Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, Asana, and Later
• Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
• Running company social media advertising campaigns.
• Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign
• Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
• Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
• Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
Social Media Manager Requirements:
• Social media marketing experience.
• Experience developing social media strategies.
• Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
