We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to manage our social media presence, coordinate influencer collaborations, and ensure smooth execution of weekly campaigns. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to support brand activities during weekends (as most exhibitions and events are scheduled on weekends).

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Coordination
• Identify, reach out, and coordinate with influencers to create and deliver campaign videos weekly.
• Ensure timely submission of content aligned with brand goals and campaign timelines.
• Social Media Management
• Manage Instagram account including posting, story updates, and reels scheduling.
• Actively engage with the audience by replying to comments and DMs in a brand-consistent tone.
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to improve content performance.
• Community Engagement
• Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and partners.
• Handle feedback, queries, and responses promptly.
• Website Management
• Upload and manage product details, banners, and new arrivals on the brand’s website.
• Ensure consistency between social media promotions and website content.
• Weekend Availability
• Be available during weekends to support exhibition events with live posting, real-time content updates, and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in social media management or influencer marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram trends, reels, and content engagement strategies.
• Basic knowledge of website CMS (WordPress, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
