We are seeking a mid-level, full-time SEO Senior Associate to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic SEO plans to optimize our clients’ online presence. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO strategies, technical SEO, and various optimization techniques to ensure effective online marketing and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in SEO strategy development for enhancing website visibility and search rankings (SEO Strategy - Mandatory Skill).
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO to improve website architecture and understand search engine crawling (Technical SEO - Mandatory Skill).
- Proficiency in on-page optimization techniques to enhance the relevance and user experience of web pages.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact search queries and improve content targeting.
- Experience in content optimization to align website content with search engine ranking factors and user intent.
- Understanding of Google Search Console for monitoring and maintaining site performance in Google Search results.
- Expertise in implementing local SEO strategies to improve visibility in localized search results.
- Ability to develop and execute effective content strategies that align with SEO goals and client needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and website performance.
- Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting search engine indexing and crawling.
- Perform on-page optimization including meta tags creation, internal linking, and schema markup implementation.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and inform strategic content creation and marketing.
- Optimize website content for search engines while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience.
- Leverage tools like Google Search Console to analyze website performance and overcome indexing issues.
- Implement local SEO tactics to enhance visibility and attract local clientele.
- Collaborate with content teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives and content production.
