The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of extensive experience with key advertising platforms and a keen eye for marketing analytics.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in performance marketing strategies with a strong grasp of the latest market trends and advertising platforms.
- Deep understanding of conversion optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and growth potential.
- Comprehensive experience in campaign management, overseeing the strategy, execution, and optimization of various campaigns.
- In-depth working knowledge of Facebook Ads (Mandatory skill), with the ability to craft and optimize high-impact campaigns.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads (Mandatory skill), including deploying, managing, and analyzing ad campaigns effectively.
- Experience in media planning (Mandatory skill), ensuring the strategic placement of marketing materials to reach target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive market intelligence and informed decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
