Job Overview
We are looking for a Paid Media Associate Manager to join our team at PROHED. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective media strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency or similar environment.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Experience in media planning and strategic planning.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns.
- Client handling and customer service experience.
- Knowledge of marketing campaign management tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid media strategies across multiple platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to drive maximum ROI and achieve business goals.
- Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans.
- Stay ahead of the latest developments in paid media advertising and digital marketing.
