Full Job Description Requirements <ul><li>Experience managing full life cycle Bench Sales process to meet the needs of the consultants and organization</li><li>Experience working in a bench sales environment with the ability to handle multiple consultants a day</li><li>Experience with Application Tracking Systems, Job Boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.</li><li>Experience in marketing consultants in technologies including but not limited to SAP, Salesforce, BI/BW, Front End/Back End, Web/E-Commerce, Oracle Tools, Mobile Apps, and QA</li><li>Experience with H1B transfers including but not limited to persuading candidates, negotiating, and transferring</li><li>Extensive experience working with online job portals including Dice, Monster, and Career Builder with the ability to write search strings using the&nbsp;Boolean method</li><li>Sound knowledge of US Visa Classification including H1B, L1, B1, T1N1, EAD Green Card, and OPT</li><li>Sound Knowledge of Tax Terms including W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp</li><li>Should be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Outstanding organization, communication, management, and presentation skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail &amp; highly processes oriented</li></ul> Responsibilities <ul><li>Understand Consultant requirements and search for matching jobs accordingly</li><li>Advertise bench candidates via online job portals and social media websites</li><li>Responsible for a detailed evaluation of job requirements against the consultant's resume</li><li>Responsible for coordinating with recruiters over the phone/online to discuss consultant skills, experience, and education</li><li>Document and maintain consultant's information and resumes in the applicant tracking system as appropriate</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews</li><li>Ensure all company practices are in accordance with SOPs</li><li>Build H1B candidate pipeline</li></ul> Email: hrindia@profiledm.com / kiran@profiledm.com

Roles and Responsibilities <ul><li>3+ years of proven experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing) in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry</li><li>Well versed with Marketing Bench Consultant (H1B, GC, EAD, US Citizen, OPT and CPT)</li><li>Regular interaction with consultants and identifying their needs and getting them to projects accordingly</li><li>Experienced with the full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals</li><li>Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.</li><li>Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD and OPT</li><li>Gathering requirements for consultants from Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques</li><li>Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them</li><li>Knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch etc</li><li>Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2</li></ul> Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, H1 Transfers, EAD, Green Card &amp; US citizens.</li><li>Knowledge on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).</li><li>Ability to participate in all aspects of the sales cycle.
