Job brief:-

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the clients, marketing team, graphic designers, videographers, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. The position requires a wide variety of experience and knowledge, from analytical skills to managerial aptitude.

Responsibilities·

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns·
  • Grow the website traffic and enable digital growth·
  • Work with the content marketing team on content creation and distribution·
  • Create the overall strategy, plan the timeline of its execution, implement each part, and report on the success of the campaign after completion.·
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence·
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)·
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights·
  • Develop and scrutinize campaign budgets·
  • Review the brand message regularly to ascertain its consistency·
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests·
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience·
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points·
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels·
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners·
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements and skills·

  • Any degree in marketing/technology or a related field·
  • Proven working experience min 2 years in digital marketing·
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns·
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends·
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate·
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels·
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments·
  • Solid knowledge of marketing and website analytics tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Taboola, Outbrain, NetInsight, Omniture, DART, Atlas WebTrends and similar web advertising platforms·
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools·
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns·
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking·
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement·
  • Knowledge of setting up and running email marketing tools like HubSpot, Sendinblue, Omnisend, MailChimp and Mailjet·
  • Practical skills in multivariate experiments and A/B and email marketing.
