About Proactive For Her:


Proactive For Her, a women's healthcare startup, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for its rapidly growing Bangalore-based team. Our clinics in Indiranagar, Kalyan Nagar, Koramangala, HSR Layout, offer accessible, personalized, and confidential healthcare solutions for women across life stages.

Rated 4.7 for service from customers.


 Location: Bangalore

 Work Hours: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (based on roster)

 Opportunity: Full-time – 6 days working with 1 rotational week off (Saturdays/Sundays are work-from-home)


Responsibilities:

 Direct Customer Engagement:

 Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons.

 Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.


 Customer Relationship Building:

 Engage with leads through calls, chats, and other channels.

 Provide information about our products, addressing inquiries and concerns.


 Product Knowledge:

 Develop a deep understanding of our products.

 Effectively communicate product value to potential customers.

 Sales Pitch Customization:

 Customize sales presentations to address unique customer needs.

 Closing Deals

 Use persuasive skills to close sales deals.

 Overcome objections and secure customer commitment.


 CRM Management:

 Keep accurate records in the CRM system.

 Track leads, opportunities, and measure performance.


 Achieving Targets:

 Work towards sales targets and quotas, attractive incentives based on target achievement.

 Regularly report progress to sales team lead.


 Collaboration:

 Collaborate with other teams for a seamless customer experience.


 Continuous Learning and Adaptability:

 Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve skills.

 Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.


 Feedback and Improvement:

 Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders for improvement.

 Actively participate in training programs.


 Documentation:

 Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities.


 Adaptability:

 Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.
