Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, prepare interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/portal/social media/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media etc
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Administrative Duties
- Act as a point of contact for employees' administrative queries and requests for both doctors and corporate team employees
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff where required.
- Design HR policies and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory standards for both doctors and corporate team employees
- Manage employee onboarding and exit processes for both doctors and corporate team employees
- Manage employee portal for both doctors and corporate team employees
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives for both doctors and corporate team employees
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience of at least 3 years as an HR Specialist with proven track record in Talent Acquisition (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Prior experience working with startups is a plus, but not mandatory
- Prior experience working with healthcare/healthtech companies is a plus
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, skill assessment etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
· A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management
