About the role:

We are looking for an experienced lead app developer to join our founding tech team in building a revolutionary product in women’s health care. You will play a very vital  role in the company's product development process. If you are looking for a challenging role with an ever growing learning curve, this is for you.

Qualifications you will need:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in app development, architecture, and design.
• Minimum 1 years of hands on experience of Flutter
• Solid understanding of Flutter, Dart, Flutter UI and animations.
• Should have experience working with native technologies like Android, iOS
• Experienced in working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Strong understanding of design patterns over and above MVP, MVVM, and MVC
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing production mobile apps
• Experience with Agile development, scrum
• Must have built and published applications in the Appstore and Play Store.
• Having experience with storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Mentoring and supporting other team members by doing code reviews and applying your experience in process and technical leadership
• Good communication skills, good leadership skills, attention to detail, a sound understanding of algorithms, and object-oriented programming

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create multi-platform apps for iOS/Android using Flutter Development Framework
• Micro code enhancements within mobile platforms like android/iOS Flutter widgets for iOS and Android
• Participation in the process of analysis, designing, implementation and testing of new apps
• Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices
• Mentor junior developers, help them pick up Flutter, and manage them to meet project timelines
• Own all App development work
• Participate in scoping and planning work
• Be a thought leader in App development and space
