We are in search of a JUNIOR IT HR/recruiter with prior experience in candidate recruitment within the software industry, particularly in Gujarat. The role is designated as IT recruiter, and we require candidates with 6 months to 1 year of IT recruitment experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Sourcing and screening of CVs.
- Identifying suitable candidates from various channels is a prerequisite.
- Conducting initial interviews.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media for candidate searches.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills in English is Must.
