Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) specialist for a full-time position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will ensure our digital content is accessible to all users, focusing on WCAG compliance. This role requires expertise in HTML5 semantics, screen reader testing, and the ability to work with assistive technologies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience through accessibility standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of WCAG compliance, with proven experience in implementing these guidelines in various digital content forms (Mandatory skill).
• Experience and expertise in HTML5 semantics with a focus on creating accessible web structures and navigable digital experiences (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in conducting screen reader testing to ensure digital content is accessible to visually impaired users (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of assistive technologies and their application in enhancing web content accessibility.
• Experience with ARIA roles and properties to improve web interactions and accessibility for users with disabilities.
• Skilled in CSS for accessibility, ensuring that all visual elements support and enhance usability for users with different accessibility needs.
• Passion for inclusive design, consistently ensuring that web content is usable and accessible to the widest audience possible.

Roles and Responsibilities
