Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior US Travel Services Outbound professional to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing travel booking software and possess strong customer relationship management skills to provide top-tier travel services to our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain and enhance client relations (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with fare comparison tools to ensure the best travel deals for clients (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in using travel booking software for seamless service delivery (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of Sabre GDS to manage reservations across various platforms efficiently.
- Knowledge of Amadeus GDS for handling international travel arrangements and bookings.
- Experience with Galileo GDS and Travelport to expand booking capabilities for competitive travel solutions.
- Excellent client communication skills to interact effectively and address client queries or concerns promptly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently managing specific client accounts and tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional outbound travel service support to US-based clients, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally.
- Utilize fare comparison tools to offer clients the most cost-efficient travel options while maintaining quality service.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records through CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to streamline travel arrangements and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative travel solutions to clients.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery goals and client satisfaction levels to management.
- Contribute to new business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing potential growth opportunities.
