Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM Software (Mandatory skill) to manage customer relationships and streamline processes effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conflict Resolution (Mandatory skill) skills to handle disputes amicably and maintain strong client relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently manage tasks, documentation, and communication channels.
  • Multilingual Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customer bases and enhance service quality.
  • Ability to operate Chatbot systems to assist customers and improve service response times.
  • Data Entry skills for managing and organizing important customer information accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong Time Management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and enhance productivity in a fast-paced environment.
