Job Overview

Princo Solutions is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role based in Chennai or Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over ServiceNow, ITIL Framework, and ServiceNow Integration Hub as mandatory skills. The position offers an opportunity to integrate seamlessly with our team, delivering outstanding technical solutions to our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development with in-depth knowledge of its architecture and environment.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow (Mandatory skill), with the ability to conceptualize and implement modules effectively.
• Proficient understanding of ITIL Framework (Mandatory skill) to ensure the alignment of IT services with business needs.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub (Mandatory skill) for efficient and robust third-party system integrations.
• Solid programming skills in JavaScript to customize and develop on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS to create responsive and visually appealing module designs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for creating seamless integrations and enhancing platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Glide Script to automate complex business processes within ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in AngularJS for building dynamic web applications and improving user interface performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement new features and modules on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement ITIL best practices to enhance service management processes and ensure compliance.
• Lead integration efforts using ServiceNow Integration Hub to interface with external systems, enhancing the platform's capabilities.
• Utilize JavaScript to customize the platform as per client requirements, ensuring efficient system performance.
• Maintain and enhance business rules and client scripts to automate workflow and improve platform usability.
• Perform regular health checks on the ServiceNow environment, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with business objectives and strategic goals.
