Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior PDF Accessibility professional to join our team at Princo Solutions. The position is based in Hyderabad and requires a full-time commitment. You will be responsible for ensuring accessible digital documents in compliance with the established accessibility standards. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience and possess a strong understanding of accessibility technology and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in WCAG 2.1 guidelines (Mandatory skill) to ensure digital content accessibility across various devices and environments.
• Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro (Mandatory skill) for creating and editing PDFs, ensuring they meet accessibility guidelines.
• Expertise in ARIA roles and properties (Mandatory skill) for enhancing web accessibility and helping users navigate digital content.
• Ability to perform screen reader testing to ensure content is readable and navigable using assistive technologies.
• Understanding of PDF/UA compliance to ensure PDFs are accessible and meet industry standards for digital documents.
• Familiarity with assistive technology interoperability, ensuring seamless operation across diverse systems and technologies.
• Knowledge of semantic tagging to improve document structure and readability for users relying on assistive devices.
• Experience with CommonLook PDF Validator to assess and validate the accessibility of digital documents effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
