Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

• Must-Have:
• Azure DevOps, Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, and Mobile
• Strong knowledge of Android and Windows device management.
• Experience with security policies, device compliance, and remote management features
• Experience in Wi-Fi, VPN, and mobile device encryption configurations
• Strong troubleshooting skills for MDM platforms, app deployment, and device connectivity issues.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation is a plus.
• Should be ready to work in shifts.
• Shift 1 - 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM IST.
• Shift 2 - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
• Good-to-Have:
• Networking Knowledge and any one monitoring tool such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace or Splunk (AppDynamics would be nice)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Key Responsibilities:

• MDM Solution Management: Set up, configure, and maintain MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, Citrix Endpoint Management, etc.
• Device Enrollment & Policy Enforcement: Manage device enrollment for both personal and work devices, apply security policies, and ensure compliance.
• App Management: Deploy, update, and manage mobile apps through MDM platforms, including enterprise apps, App Store apps, and custom applications.
• Security & Compliance: Implement encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), remote wipe, geofencing, and VPN configurations to protect data.
• OS & Patch Management: Ensure mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) have the latest OS versions and security patches.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for MDM-related issues, device connectivity problems, and application deployment failures.
• Integration with IT Systems: Connect MDM with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track device compliance, generate reports, and analyze logs for security and performance.
• User Training & Documentation: Train end-users and IT teams, document best practices, and create troubleshooting guides.
