Management trainee-Training Period:

1. Will be involved in Odoo training for the first few Months. Needs to present his/her learnings on a weekly basis.

2. Will be involved in customer meetings. 

3. Responsible for creating Minutes of Meeting.

4. Responsible for Business Analysis/Functional Specification documentation.

5. Responsible for preparing Test case documentation.

Note: The freshers will be considered as the Management trainee and training period will be of 6 months. Based on the performance assessment will be done and promotion will also be given as a Business Analyst.

Functional Consultant/Business Analyst

1. Will be involved in customer meetings. 

2. Responsible for creating Minutes of Meeting.

3. Responsible for Business Analysis/Functional Specification documentation.

4. Responsible for preparing Test case documentation.

5. Needs to coordinate with developers for finalizing solutions.

6. Responsible for Functional testing.

7. Responsible for customer presentation/user training.

Qualification:

1.Should have Completed BE(Mechanical)+ MBA.

2.MBA with having specialization in operations.

3.Should not have any backlogs as such.
