&nbsp;Identify new business opportunities to have a competitive edge in the Dubai / Abu Dhabi market.&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing and retaining client relationships and engagement with existing accounts.·&nbsp;Prospect new clients and pitching services to them.·&nbsp;Contacting potential clients to establish relationship and setting up meetings to increase the clientele.·&nbsp;Achieve business cycle targets to increase the existing and new client revenue.·&nbsp;Prioritize client requirements and follow up business status.·&nbsp;Follow up with other departments to obtain the necessary information for business.·&nbsp;Writing and reviewing business proposals.·&nbsp;Negotiating with stakeholders.·&nbsp;Researching business opportunities and new sectors.·&nbsp;Analyzing the gaps and suggesting additional services in line with the market / client requirements.·&nbsp;Managing the product demos for new/existing clients.·&nbsp;Updating the CRM with all the day to day tasks/new opportunities about meetings, demos, phone calls, etc.

Analyze transmission ( Electrical)&nbsp;system performance and identify opportunities for improvement in ancillary services provision.Develop and implement strategies to optimize voltage control, frequency regulation, and reactive power support.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed ancillary services projects.Provide technical expertise and support for transmission system planning and analyzing system performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing solutions to enhance grid stability and reliability.Proficiency in power system analysis software (e.g., PSS/E, PowerWorld, PSSE).Monitor system performance and respond to emergencies or abnormal conditions as needed.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in transmission engineering and ancillary services.Experience with renewable energy integration and grid modernization initiatives is a plus.
