<h2>Job description</h2>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop new distribution network by appointing new distributors/stockiest and manage existing distribution network</li><li>New product launch</li><li>Develop and execute sales policies &amp; promotion schemes and activities to achieve growth targets</li><li>Prepare, review, and implement sales plans</li><li>Manage, motivate and monitor sales team</li><li>Make regular market visits to Distributors &amp; retail network to monitor and review placement of brand</li><li>Maintain and share periodic (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) sales reports to upper management</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience in Channel Sales</li><li>Experience in Distribution network management &amp; development</li><li>Can independently manage, develop, and improve distribution in assigned area and bring revenue growth to company from assigned area</li><li>Can achieve primary and secondary sales targets</li><li>Good communication (both verbal and written)</li><li>Excellent lead generation and conversion skill</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to work successfully as a part of a team</li><li>High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently</li><li>Ready to travel locally for meeting customers during sales calls.</li><li>Valid 2 wheeler license</li></ul>
