Position - IT OPS Engineer

Education - Any IT Graduate

Job Type:  Full-time Work from Office  

Technical Skills: 

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Linux/Windows System Administrator, with specialized knowledge and practical experience in managing  Linux environments, cloud platforms, and VMware virtualization technologies.

• Proficiency in Linux/Windows system administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers across various  distributions (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat).

• Expertise in cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Microsoft Azure including practical experience with provisioning, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting resources in cloud environments.

• Experience with Software-Defined Data Centre (SDDC) environments, including practical experience with virtualization technologies such as  VMware vSphere and automation tools for managing software-defined infrastructure. 

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python for automation and management tasks in Linux environments. 

• Experience working in an operational IT environment that utilizes ticketing and problem management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for  incident and change management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a Windows and cloud environment.
