Position - Sales Head

Education – Graduate, MBA/PG (Mktg)

Exp – 20 Yrs (Only Security Agency Experience Consider)

Location – Mumbai,

NP – Immediate/15 days/ 30 days

Job Desperation:-


1) Should know minimum wages, and compliance and be from a Security Background.

2) Develop strong market knowledge of our existing and potential clients and keep the Company informed of business growing opportunities aligned with our strategic plans.

3) Develop and implement relationship strategies to maximize our chances of profitably, securing strategically important new business.

4) Identify niche markets and new/future services that could give the Company a competitive advantage or improved profitability.

5) Prepare a business plan, incorporating vision, and mission.

6) Achieve set sales targets, identify business plans, and provide support to continually improve the relationship.

7) Develop and manage close working relationships with the operations team to ensure that business development and sales opportunities are maximized and all high-value leads are generated and managed appropriately.

8) Understand the company’s goal and purpose to continue enhancing the company’s performance.

9) Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

10) Ensure all sales monitoring and reporting are compiled.

11) Preparing all required presentations for clients in all stages.
