3) Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs

4) Handling customer complaints

5) Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members.

6) Creating and executing retention campaigns, contract renewals

7) Collaborating with sales, marketing and operations teams to improve the customer experience

8) Cross-selling and Upselling
