Position - Assistant Manager Claim

Qualification - Any Graduate / MBA Insurance

Experience - 6 to 8 Years

Location - Delhi

Notice Period : Immediate /15 day

Responsibilities:

• Commercial Insurance Exp candidate prefer.
• To estimate the quantum of loss in coordination with clients/insured, surveyor deputation and get it registered with insurer in TAT  
• To prepare loss intimation summary in coordination with plant people keeping in view the policy coverage.
• Acknowledgement from insurer about the claim intimation and surveyor deputation.
• To coordinate with surveyor for the survey with in TAT and discuss the claim at sight of loss (If required)
• To prepare documents/information according to LOR given by the surveyor.
• To prepare statement accordingly if any documents are insufficient or missing and same should be intimate to clients on same day.
• To get the survey report issued from surveyor and manages closure/settlement of claim within TAT.
• Receive of claim amount from insurer and same should be delivered to clients within two working days (Maximum)
• To prepare claim progress report on monthly basis and prepare plan of action for claim categorized under different heads.
• To achieve targets measured on various parameters in line with management’s vision.
