Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level EDP Operator to join our team at Prep-Ally Educational Services. This is a full-time —on-site— position located in Coimbatore. The role involves online data entry and managing digital information efficiently to support our educational initiatives. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong typing skills and expertise in Google Sheets and MS Excel.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient typing speed to ensure accurate and efficient data input into digital records and databases.
• Must have expertise in online data entry processes to handle digital information effectively and accurately.
• Experience in using Google Sheets for managing and organizing data is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for creating and maintaining spreadsheets and performing data analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and input data accurately into digital systems to ensure seamless information flow within the organization.
• Maintain and update Google Sheets and MS Excel spreadsheets to assist with data tracking and reporting.
• Generate comprehensive reports to support the educational team's data-driven initiatives and strategies.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather and interpret data necessary for operational improvements.
• Ensure all digital data processing complies with organizational standards and protocols for accuracy and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies or process issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in enhancing data management procedures and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
