Strategies, Support and help execute distribution &amp; BTL Activities -&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strategies Plan and Execute the distributor and Retailer network for the region and improve primary and secondary sales. Develop newer markets in the region-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Set and Exceed Targets for the region and team. Drive and Develop innovative schemes for the Distributors and Retailers.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Leading Sales and Marketing of products in the assigned territory within the budgeted cost .and maintaining financial hygiene across the territory.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide inputs to the Functional leadership teams on product, packaging &amp; pricing decisions.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Being a part of the Leadership team of the Region, to provide Category insights basis superior category understanding, region specific industry dynamics and competitive intelligence.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To be the lead resource in assimilating, sharing &amp; replication of best practices in Sales &amp; Distribution basis internal and external learning.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate and ensure quality of Estimation as a key input to the Supply chain management process.
