Training: 	  	 	  	 	 ➢  For Freshers: 	 	 Documents Required [Mandatory]: Aadhar card and Bank Passbook/Account Details 	 	 Experience Certificate (If any) / Nursing Certificate (If applicable) 	 	 We provide Free Training to Fresher Candidates who would like to work as Patient 	 Care Takers. The Candidates should stay at our Old Age Home and take up 6 days 	 Free Training with Food and Accommodation. After the Training the Candidates 	 will be send to the Patient Home. 	  	 	 ➢  For Experienced: 	 	  	 If the Candidate has experience in Patient Care and knows the basics. We will be 	 analyzing the candidate’s knowledge and experience in patient care by making them 	 stay and work at our Old Age Home for 2–3 days. The Candidate can also learn new 	 	 things while being at the Old Age Home. Free Food and Accommodation will be 	 Provided. 	  	  	 Salary: 	  	 	 As discussed, the following salary amount will be payable by Prathibanvitha Infosource Pvt. Ltd. 	 for each candidate joined in Prathibanvitha Healthcare project through M/s Higher Needs. This 	 includes the service charges of M/s Higher Needs. 	  	  	 	 Experience / Qualification of Candidate 	 	 Fresher 	 	 Experienced (More than 1year) 	 	 Qualified Staff 	 	  	 	 Salary Slab 	 	 Rs.14000/- 	 	 Rs.16000/- 	 	 Rs.18000/- 	 	 All the salary slabs are fixed.
