Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Visa Counsellor specializing in UK and USA visa processes. The ideal candidate will guide clients through visa applications, provide accurate advice, and ensure a seamless experience for applicants seeking education, work, or immigration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation:
• Provide personalized counselling sessions to clients for UK and USA visa applications.
• Understand clients’ goals (e.g., education, work, immigration) and recommend suitable visa options.
• Application Assistance:
• Guide clients through the entire visa process, including document preparation, application submission, and follow-ups.
• Ensure all applications comply with the latest immigration laws and policies of the UK and USA.
• Documentation Review:
• Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing SOPs (Statements of Purpose) and other necessary documents.
• Stay Updated:
• Keep abreast of changes in visa policies, procedures, and timelines for the UK and USA.
• Regularly update clients about their application status and any changes in requirements.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Address queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders:
• Liaise with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and embassies as needed.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Visa Counsellor or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of UK and USA visa processes, including student, work, and immigration visas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
