Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Mid-Level Videographer to join our dynamic team at Pratham International Study Abroad, situated in Vadodara. This is a full-time position ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for capturing compelling visual narratives that align with our mission to empower students. An adept understanding of audiovisual production and editing processes completes our ideal candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Capture and produce high-quality video content that showcases our services and student success stories.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video projects, aligning them with our brand message.
• Handle all aspects of video production, from planning and shooting to editing and post-production.
• Edit and refine video footage using industry-standard software to ensure a professional final product.
• Maintain all video equipment and inventory, ensuring readiness for various projects and shoots.
• Continually explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance production quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver desired outcomes.
• Assist in the design and execution of live-streaming events, capturing key moments with precision.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in DSLR camera operation, capable of capturing high-quality video content (Mandatory skill).
• Keen understanding of audio capture techniques to ensure clarity and quality in all video projects (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro to craft professional and polished videos.
• Experience with Final Cut Pro to edit and enhance video projects with creative effects and transitions.
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color grading and post-production finishing to elevate visual storytelling.
• Skilled in setting up and manipulating lighting to achieve the desired cinematic effect for shoots.
• Ability to script and storyboard in collaboration with team members to deliver compelling narratives.
• Organized with effective time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
