Job Title: Sales Officer

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 0-5 years

Qualification: 12th pass

Job Summary: We are hiring Sales Officers to work on the Paytm profile. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for verifying QR codes, selling QR Box Sound, Business Loans, and other banking products to merchants and customers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify QR codes and ensure their accuracy

- Sell QR Box Sound, Business Loans, and other banking products to merchants and customers

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

- Build and maintain relationships with merchants and customers

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

- Stay up-to-date with Paytm's products and services and communicate their benefits to customers

Requirements:

- 0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry

- 12th pass from a recognized board

- Must have a bike

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
