Export Documentation Expert – Female Only

Experience: 3 years of experience in customs warehouse or similar setting required

Qualification: Diploma/ Degree or equivalent

Job Location : Sahnewal , Ludhiana , Punjab – 141120

Skills :   

·     Knowledge of Descartes track management system

·     Prior experience in preparing customs and shipping documents preferred

Responsibilities:

·     Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.

·     Maintains a database that tracks goods.

·     Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly

·     Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages

·     Performs other duties as assigned

·     Coordination with Custom House Agent, Shipping line and Freight forwarder. License with Custom, DGFT and Bank.

Salary: 3LPA – 4.20LPA ( Negotiable )

Industry preferred : Steel Industry experienced
