JD:
- Installation and commissioning of the full range of Pharma- -Packaging, Non Pharma , F&B equipment /Machines
- Generating Spares & Service Revenue
- Giving feedback information from customers and competitor equipment
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to your skill levels from time to time to meet the needs of the business
- Generating new enquiries for Pharma- -Packaging, Non Pharma , F&B equipment /Machines
- Understanding and experience the fault diagnoses on inspection/ processing /packaging machines covering electrical, electronics & mechanical disciplines
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ascertain that technical servicing is required
- Communicating with clients and customers to ascertain what technical servicing is required
- Build & maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering high standards of customer service.
