Designation: OPT Recruiter

Work Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Onsite from Day 1

 Shift Timings: 6.30 PM IST - 3.30 AM IST (MONDAY to FRIDAY)

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, a prior database of OPT candidates.

· Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/H4-EAD/L2-EAD/ US citizen hiring with effective hands-on experience on various job boards. I.e. Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Tech Fetch, etc.

· Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is onboarding.

· Maintain an active database of OPT candidates

· Posting advertisements on university sites and various job portals.

· Good Negotiation, Sourcing, and Networking Skills.

· Good knowledge of tax terms such as C2C, W2, 1099 is required.

· Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the **OPT**/CPT/EAD

· Need to coordinate technical screening

· Better to have experience in On-boarding W2 Consultants as well

· Arrange schedules for the technical interviews.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· 1+Years of relevant experience

· Proficiency in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

· Should be active on social media

· Decision Making, Time Management, and prioritizing the work accordingly

· Ability to handle multiple tasks

· Excellent Verbal and written skills

· Should have Good Communication Skills.

· Good knowledge of US Visa and US tax terms
