Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored job descriptions and profiles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, including IT, non-IT, and support functions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify top talent.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience by providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor laws, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the overall recruitment process. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Understanding of IT and Non-IT roles and their corresponding skill sets is a plus.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to recruiting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in recruitment, including diversity and inclusion efforts.
