The JobIn this role, you will be undertaking night shifts and be responsible for :

• Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.
• Ideal CandidateYou have at least a diploma/degree in any field.
• You ideally have experience within a Customer Service role. This role is open to freshers as well.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
